Set up your dictation hardware with SpeechLive

SpeechLive supports sound recording from all microphone devices covered in this guide, without any additional installation (see Problems with sound recording for more information). However, the buttons of your SpeechMike or SpeechOne are only supported by using the correct button mode or installing additional components. Depending on your working environment, the Philips foot control only works by installing additional components.

I use SpeechLive on a local computer

Choose this option if you are working on a local computer. In this case your programs including SpeechLive in your browser are running on your local computer.

I use SpeechLive in a virtual environment.
