SpeechLive Health captures the natural conversation between clinician and patient and transforms it into structured, coding‑ready clinical documentation using a healthcare‑trained AI model. Clinicians can prepare before the visit, record naturally during the consultation, and review and finalize AI‑generated notes after the visit – all within existing SpeechLive workflows. The result is accurate, structured documentation without interrupting patient care.
No. SpeechLive Health is designed to fit seamlessly into existing clinical workflows. Clinicians speak naturally – no dictation commands, no manual punctuation – and continue using the SpeechLive platform and processes. It enhances current workflows rather than replacing them, minimizing training and adoption friction.
SpeechLive Health supports a wide range of structured clinical documents, including SOAP notes, H&P notes, outpatient visit notes amongst others, as well as psychiatry and behavioral health templates such as short and long history, follow-ups, and medication initiation.
It also covers emergency department notes and pre-hospital summaries, alongside referral letters, patient letters, summaries, and nursing notes.
Templates are available out of the box and optimized for clinical structure and terminology in English, German, and French, and multiple documents can be generated from a single consultation.
Yes, clinicians remain fully in control. SpeechLive Health generates a draft, but clinicians review, edit, deactivate facts, add context, and apply medical judgment before finalizing anything. Only clinician‑approved content is used, and all outputs are intended to complement – not replace – professional clinical decision‑making.
Clinicians can immediately review and correct any generated content before final use. If audio, facts, or context change, existing documents are automatically marked as outdated and can be regenerated with one click – reducing the risk of mismatched or outdated notes. Final responsibility always remains with the clinician.
Yes. SpeechLive Health is built with healthcare‑grade security and privacy by design. It complies with HIPAA and GDPR and aligns with ISO, and EU AI Act requirements. Data is encrypted end‑to‑end, stored regionally on Microsoft Azure, and never used to train the AI model. Configurable auto‑deletion and detailed audit logging support organizational data‑retention policies.
Unlike first-generation AI scribes or generic LLM tools, SpeechLive Health is built on a healthcare-trained AI model designed by clinicians and optimized for real-world, multi-speaker clinical environments. It is integrated end-to-end with SpeechLive workflows and SpeechMike Ambient hardware, and focused on structured, coding-ready documentation – not raw transcripts.
Designed to reduce, not shift, documentation burden, the combination of clinically trained AI, professional audio capture, and workflow integration delivers accuracy, trust, and consistency that generic tools cannot match.
At launch, SpeechLive Health will be available in the following markets:
