You can send dictations to SpeechLive AI to further enhance your daily work.
There are two ways to send dictation to SpeechLive AI:
New dictation
Navigate to the Dictations tab and click on the
New dictation button.Record your dictation following your usual process, see Create a new dictation for more information.
After you’re finished, click on the Send to button at the bottom and choose SpeechLive AI.
Existing dictation
Now you can choose between different options:
Smart transcript
Choose this option if you want to automatically apply punctuation and basic text editing to your transcript. We recommend also using voice commands to further improve the results.
Summary
Get a summary of your dictation. You can choose between a quick recap, which gives you a short and concise overview of the content of your dictation, or a more detailed summary, with better formatting for easier reading.
Advanced insights
Get a deeper analysis of your dictation. This includes a breakdown of any tasks or action items (if applicable). Turn on the Multiple speakers option if the dictation has more than one speaker.
Receive a short summary of your dictation consisting of a title and a brief sentence. This is ideal if you just need a quick, basic overview of the content of the dictation.
Multi-speaker transcript
Ideal for multi-speaker dictations. The different speakers are identified and formatted with a timecode, similar to a group chat in a messenger application.
Click on SpeechLive AI to confirm your selection and send the dictation.
X The dictation will be processed.

Depending on the option you selected, you will either get a processed transcript or additionally a summary:
Smart transcript
Find your dictation in the dictation list, hover the mouse over it, select the download option from the quick action menu and you can download the transcript directly. You can now open the transcript in a word processor of your choice.
Summary

. This will take you directly to the results of the processed dictation.
