Send your dictation

After you have finished recording, you can process your dictation. You can choose from several options:

Choose a dictation in the dictation list or create a new dictation.
After you finished your dictation, tap on the button in the lower right corner.
Choose Typist.
Choose a typist or team you want this dictation assigned to.
- Activate Set as preferred typist or team and you will not be asked again to choose a typist or team. You can change your preference in the settings of the app.
- The list contains all typists or teams that are linked to your author account. The Set up user relationships section covers in more detail how you can create workflow relationships.
- (Default team): Every author is automatically linked to his default team and new dictations are assigned to it per default. All typists that are part of an authors default team will receive his dictations, the Set up user relationships section covers in more detail how you can link typists.
- Private (Unassigned): Dictations assigned to Private (Unassigned) are only visible to you.
The dictation will be closed and moved to the Sent tab of the app.
X Your typist receives the dictation.

Choose SpeechLive AI.

	Note
	This option is only available if speech recognition is activated for your account. Please contact your account administrator if this option is missing. You can also deactivate this option in the Settings of the app (turn off Enable speech recognition features on this device).

Choose the desired AI function and select the language of your dictation at the bottom, confirm by tapping SpeechLive AI.
The dictation will be closed and moved to the Sent tab of the app.
As soon as the AI document is ready, the dictation is moved to the Finished tab of the app.
To review the AI document, open the dictation and tap on the info icon in the lower left, in the properties scroll all the way down where you can access the AI document.

Choose Speech recognition.

	Note
	This option is only available if speech recognition is activated for your account. Please contact your account administrator if this option is missing. You can also deactivate this option in the Settings of the app (turn off Enable speech recognition features on this device). Send to speech recognition is only available for SpeechExec Enterprise if you’re using Speechkit.

Choose the language of your dictation and the number of speakers.
The dictation will be closed and moved to the Sent tab of the app.
As soon as the transcript is ready, the dictation is moved to the Finished tab of the app.
To review the transcript, open the dictation and tap on the transcript icon in the lower right.

Choose Transcription service.

	Note
	This option is only available if the transcription service is activated for your account. Please contact your account administrator if this option is missing. Send to transcription service is not available if you're signed in via SpeechExec Enterprise.

The dictation will be closed and moved to the Sent tab of the app.
As soon as the transcript is ready, the dictation is moved to the Finished tab of the app.
To review the transcript, open the dictation and tap on the transcript icon in the lower right.

Choose a dictation in the dictation list or create a new dictation.
Tap to share your dictation e.g. via email, next select the desired email application.

Tap to save and close your dictation.

X Your dictation is saved and automatically synchronized with SpeechLive.

	Note
	The Send via email function is not available if it was deactivated by your account administrator for your user in the Users section of SpeechLive Web App. If you're signed in via SpeechExec Enterprise, drafts are only saved locally in the app and are not synchronized to the server.
