The advertised monthly price does not require an annual commitment for a small business package and an advanced business package. For these two business packages the costs are charged on a quarterly basis, so that customers are flexible in scaling the SpeechLive system according to their requirements.
The advanced business package plus is bound to a two years commitment, but costs are charged on a quarterly basis.

  • When will my credit card be charged and how can I update my information?

Your credit card will be charged at the beginning of the quarterly payment period, or if you upgrade the business package or the number of users. If there are any issues with the payment process, your account administrator will be informed via email and asked to supply new payment information.

If you need to change your payment information you can do that at any time, but we need to ask for small transaction costs to get the system updated outside the regular payment process.

  • What happens to my files in the cloud if I remove a user or cancel my subscription?

When you remove a user account, all active dictations can be handed over to another user in the system. If you cancel your subscription completely, you can still access your dictations for another month to download a backup to a local network. After that period, all dictations as well as all account information are automatically deleted.

  • What do I get with the free trial of SpeechLive?

  • Do I have to pay a full period if I don’t add a user at the beginning of the subscription period but at a later time?

No, you only need to pay the prorated amount until your next automatic payment cycle starts. For example: If you have a 3-month payment period and you add a user 1 month after the last payment, you will only pay the 2 remaining months until the next payment cycle starts for all users in your system.

  • If I cancel my subscription, how long does the workflow still work?

The workflow will work until the end of your last payment period.
After that, your subscription will be suspended and you can no longer upload dictations in the SpeechLive portal. However, you can still access your dictations for download and backup for one month after the SpeechLive account has been suspended.

  • I am a typist and I want to be notified by one author only. Where can I change that?

To avoid too large amounts of notification messages, SpeechLive doesn’t send notifications when a dictation is ready for transcription. In SpeechExec Pro Transcribe, however, you do receive notifications. You can individually define notification filters according to your own preferences in ‘General settings > Worklist > Notification‘.

  • I am a typist. Where can I configure the visibility of finished dictations?

SpeechLive administrators can change the visibility of finished dictations in 'Workflow > Settings > Archive settings'. SpeechExec users can configure the visibility of finished dictations in the SpeechLive settings on the SpeechExec toolbar.

  • Where can I change the user password?

To change the user password, the administrator can send you a password request via email. Please be aware that you also have to change your SpeechLive password in all client applications to be able to access your SpeechLive folders.

The admin password can be changed in the 'Account' menu of the SpeechLive portal.

  • I have purchased a small business package. How can I map dictations to my assistants?
