This is the landing page for the workflow administration.
The toolbar of the Users dialog contains the following basic options:

When a user is selected in the Users list the administrator can access the following options:

![]() | Invite user: Sends the invitation email to the selected workflow user with which users can activate their account.

![]() | Reset password: When clicking this button SpeechLive will send an email with a link to reset the password to the selected workflow user. | |||
![]() | Delete user: Deletes a selected user from the system. To not lose any dictations the administrator has to select an active user with the same role that takes over the dictations. |
The user list contains the following columns:

Role Icon | Displays the role as an icon: Author ![]() Transcriptionist ![]() To edit the user simply hover over the role icon and click on Edit ![]() |
Name | This is the name that has been given as the displayed name for the SpeechLive workflow |
Email address | This is the email address with which the user logs in to SpeechLive and to which all notification and activations emails are sent from the SpeechLive system. |
User Role | This column displays the user role(s) in the system. For the workflow the user can either be author or transcriptionist. In addition users also can get access to the role Office manager enabling them to administrate users and workflow relationships. |
Status | The status of the user defines whether or not he can work with SpeechLive Activated: Users with this status have activated their SpeechLive user account by clicking on the activation link of the invitation email and defining their individual password. Invited: Users with this status have been created in the system and SpeechLive has sent our the invitation email to them. They still cannot use SpeechLive, because they didn't define their individual password yet. Not invited: Users with this status have been created in the system but no invitation email was sent our to them yet. They cannot use SpeechLive as long as the administrator does not click on invite to send the invitation email. |
