Problems with sound recording

There is no sound recorded

For sound recording, SpeechLive needs access to your microphone.

If the SpeechLive web recorder is reacting on the button clicks on a SpeechMike or on the SpeechOne, but there is no sound recorded, make sure that your SpeechMike, or your SpeechOne is set as the default recording device on your computer.

  1. On Windows PCs go to Control Panel > Sound and open the Recording tab.

  2. Select your SpeechMike or your SpeechOne (look for the term 'SpeechMike III') and click on Set Default.
