Remove speech-to-text packages

In this section you can remove speech-to-text packages from your SpeechLive account.

  • Enter the number of speech-to-text packages to be removed in the field and click on Remove.

  • Confirm the removal by clicking on Place order on the next page or go back by clicking on Cancel.

  • After clicking on Place order the number of speech-to-text packages in your account will be reduced if all preconditions are fulfilled.

[Note]Note

  • Before reducing the number of packages in the Online shop you need to free up the appropriate number of speech-to-text packages in the workflow area.

  • For the SpeechLive Online shop the package reduction becomes active at the next payment date only.

  • There is no payback for the reduced number of packages.

During the current payment period you can upgrade the number of speech-to-text packages to the previous value at any time at no cost.
