On this page you can create teams and link typists as well as teams of typists to authors.
A team is a group of typists. Teams enable you to organize your typists into specific groups and create e.g. teams of typists for departments, specific days of the week or based on their knowledge/vocabulary. This way authors are able to assign dictations to specific typists or teams, according to their needs or the content of the dictation.
This function is only available for SpeechLive Pro and Enterprise.
Save: Saves the current relationship configuration in order to put it into action.
Cancel: Discards any changes and restores the previous relationship settings that were saved last.
Assign typists/teams to authors: Assign teams or typists to an author.
Manage teams: Add/edit/delete teams and add typists to teams.
Export: Exports the defined relationships to a CSV file. Can be used to get a better overview about the currently defined workflow relationships.
Settings: Click this button to access more workflow configuration options.
Online help: Opens this online help.
Sort: Click on the header to display the available sort options.
Select the appropriate sort option.
Search: Click on the search icon and type in the name you would like to search for.
The search starts as soon as you type in the first character.
If a search filter is active, the search icon is displayed in red.
To remove a search filter click on the (x) icon in the search field.
Link: Click on this icon to create a workflow relationship between selected users.
Unlink: Click on this icon to remove a workflow relationship between selected users.
Linked: Displays users with already created workflow relationships.
