Remove speech recognition packages

In this section you can remove speech recognition packages from your SpeechLive account.

  • Enter the number of speech recognition packages to be removed in the field and click on Remove.

  • Confirm the removal by clicking on Place order on the next page or go back by clicking on Cancel.

  • After clicking on Place order the number of speech recognition packages in your account will be reduced if all preconditions are fulfilled.

[Note]Note

  • Before reducing the number of packages in the Online shop you need to free up the appropriate number of speech recognition packages in the workflow area.

  • For the SpeechLive Online shop the package reduction becomes active at the next payment date only.

  • There is no payback for the reduced number of packages.

During the current payment period you can upgrade the number of speech recognition packages to the previous value at any time at no cost.
