How to add a due date and time to dictations

Authors can set the due date and time of a dictation. This helps transcriptionists to prioritize dictations by sorting them by their due date.

  1. Create a new dictation and open the Dictation propertiesDictation-properties_icon.png in the toolbar.

  2. In the dictation properties, go to the Due date field and pick a date and time.

  3. Click OK to close the properties and save your changes.

  4. Authors as well as transcriptionists can sort dictations in the dictation list by clicking on the Due date column.

SpeechLive Mobile App

  1. Choose a dictation in the dictation list or create a new dictation.

  2. Tap on the Info speechlive_app_info.png icon at the bottom of the screen to open the dictation properties.

  3. In the dictation properties, go to the Due date field and pick a date and time.

  4. Close the dictation properties by taping on the confirm_properties.png icon.

    X The properties are added to your dictation and you can continue working on it.
