What's coming up

Here you can find some information about what we planned for our upcoming releases:

Improved SpeechLive Web App

We reworked SpeechLive into a completely new version! This includes a new user interface more in line with the Mobile App as well as big enhancements with a new state of the art user experience, including more than 25 new features.

For all details go to the New Web App section or start using it now: speechlive.com/app.

ETA: Q3-Q4 2023 (selected customers and regions during the beta roll-out)

New trial sign-up process

We are improving the sign-up process for new trial users. This enables users to sign-up more easily for a SpeechLive trial and they can now even choose the user role during the sign-up.

Quick dictation filters

Users can already filter columns of the dictation list according to their needs. With quick filters we will add additional options to filter for certain dictations and allow typists to quickly filter for the dictations they need to work on next.

ETA: November 2023 (part of the new SpeechLive Web App)

Desktop App Mac Version

Our Mac users will be able to use the SpeechLive Desktop App on their computers. We will enable them functions such as Speech recognition in any text field and uploading dictations automatically to SpeechLive.

ETA: December 2023

Multi speaker support for speech recognition

We will add support for speaker diarization when sending dictation to speech recognition. This will e.g. allow users to record meetings with up to 10 speakers. The user will then receive a transcript that accounts for the different speakers.

ETA: December 2023 (part of the new SpeechLive Web App)

Auto refresh dictation list

The new Web App already supports auto-refresh as it is available in the old Web App, it means the dictation list will be automatically refreshed periodically. However, we are already working on a bigger and more sophisticated auto-refresh feature for the new Web App, offering an even better experience for the users.

ETA: Q1 2024 (part of the new SpeechLive Web App)

Automatic dictation routing

Administrators can set a preferred team for all dictations or based on dictation priority. Additionally, they can also define a fallback team or typist, which receive dictations not yet transcribed. This feature will also enable keyword-based routing of dictations, e.g. based on the work type or custom fields. These automatizations greatly reduce the workflow tasks for the administrator and cause less overhead.

ETA: Q1 2024 (part of the new SpeechLive Web App)

Notifications

We will add notification functions to the new Web app, so users always know when a dictation is processed or a new dictation is ready to be transcribed.
