Reports

Access detailed reports about your workflow users to gain more insights about different user metrics. It helps you to get a better understanding which users or teams perform the best and how long it takes to get the transcript of a dictation.

  • Reports are most reliable if the new Web App was used to change dictation states.

  • Data from SpeechExec is not processed and displayed in reports (e.g. if your typist is transcribing your dictations in SpeechExec).

  • Reports do not display data in real time. Depending on the number of dictations in your account, it may take longer for the latest data to appear in the reports.

  • Depending on your SpeechLive subscription plan, you may not have access to all features of this function:

    SpeechLive Basic: Users can only see an high-level overview in the Status sub-tab.

    SpeechLive Pro: Users can access all sub-tabs and see graphs, however they can't export data or set a custom date range.

    SpeechLive Enterprise: The users have access to all functionalities including export functions and date ranges.

This tab is divided into sub-tabs to access different types of reports:

Status

Here you can see a high level overview of the current workflow status of all dictations in your account.

Turnaround time

Here you can see how long it takes for dictations to go from the Transcription pending or Correction pending state to the Transcription finished state (see Phases and states for more information on dictation states). The turnaround time indicates how long it takes until a dictation is picked up and fully processed by a typist or team.

Process time

Here you can see how long a dictation is in the Transcription in progress or Correction in Progress state (see Phases and states for more information on dictation states). The process time indicates how long a typist or team is working on a dictation.

Pickup time

Here you can see how long it takes for a dictation to go from the Transcription pending or Correction pending state to the Transcription in progress or Correction in progress state (see Phases and states for more information on dictation states). It indicates how long it takes until a typist or team starts working on a dictation file.
