Terminate subscription

Self-Service customers can terminate their SpeechLive subscription within the web shop.

[Note]Note

When you terminate your SpeechLive subscription, it will remain active until the end of your current billing period. It will then automatically stop at the next renewal date, and you won’t be charged again.

  1. Log in to the web shop at shop.speechlive.com.

  2. Click on Terminate subscription.

  3. A new window opens, here you need to chose a reason and confirm by clicking Continue.

  4. On the next screen you need to confirm by clicking Terminate.
