Share dictations and attachments with iManage

You can share dictations as well as attachments with iManage to ensure all the data is available for the document management system your company uses.

  • The iManage integration needs to be activated first by your account administrator, see Integrations.

  • This function is only available for SpeechLive Enterprise.

  1. Navigate to the Dictations tab and choose a dictation in the list. The dictation opens on the right side of the screen.

  2. Click on the Upload to iManage imanage.svg button.

    Preconditions

    If this is your first time uploading files, you will need to sign in to iManage. Click the button to open the iManage login screen, where you must sign in with your iManage credentials.

  3. Select the files you want to upload to iManage. Use the checkbox to choose exactly which files you want to upload (the dictation, the transcript or specific attachments).

  4. Continue by clicking Next.

  5. Choose and open the desired folder in the iManage window and confirm by clicking Select. Click Upload to finish the process.
