Every SpeechLive workflow user receives 200 free SpeechLive speech recognition minutes to try out speech recognition
The remaining trial minutes will be displayed when sending a dictation to speech recognition or using the real-time speech recognition function
It is not possible to use the free minutes in combination with the SpeechLive speech recognition package or Dragon speech recognition
When a purchased SpeechLive speech recognition package is assigned to a workflow user, the user's free minutes are removed. This user can then use up to 1000 minutes per contract month for SpeechLive speech recognition on a fair use basis.
SpeechLive speech recognition is measured in minutes, with each minute started rounded up to a full minute.
If you purchased speech recognition (either SpeechLive or Dragon) you need to activate it for the workflow user. Select which type of speech recognition you use:
Navigate to the Administration tab.
Select a user in the list. In the Edit user screen, scroll down to the Speech recognition section and activate the switch next to SpeechLive speech recognition. Here you can also check how many are already active.
Click on Save.
X This workflow user can now use speech recognition in every SpeechLive application.

You can also deactivate the speech recognition package later and activate it for a different workflow user. |
Navigate to the Administration tab.
Select a user in the list. In the Edit user screen, scroll down to the Speech recognition section.
Activate the switch next to Dragon speech recognition and choose the license in the field below.
Click on Save.
X The user will receive his Dragon access information via email.
