In SpeechLive there are two different types of purchase:
Self-service customers
Partner activated customers
Self-service customers have purchased the SpeechLive subscription themselves via credit card.
They can add and remove users, purchase transcription service credits or speech recognition packages and view their invoices in the SpeechLive account area.
In the administration area, self-service account administrators can manage the users, define workflow relationships and download dictation backups.
Partner activated customers have purchased the SpeechLive subscription through a SpeechLive partner who manages their account.
The SpeechLive partner can define an account administrator who can change account data and manage the workflow.
Any user license change or purchase of transcription service credits or speech recognition packages will be handled over the SpeechLive partner.
