Access log files

If you run into troubles with the app you may need to access the log files:

  1. Go to the settings of the app and change the Log level to High.

  2. Reproduce the issue you encountered.

  3. Windows: Go to C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Philips SpeechLive\logs.

    Mac: Go to Users\USERNAME\Library\Logs\Philips SpeechLive.

    The log files on mac are always located under the directories of the administrator user of the mac.
