Attach files to your dictations

You have two options to attach files to your dictations:

  • New dictation

    1. Navigate to the Dictations tab and click on the new_dictation_icon_button.pngNew dictation button.

    2. Scroll down to the Attachments section, here you can drag attachments or click to choose them from your computer.

    3. Click on open_in_window_icon.png to open the file in full screen mode, here you can use the arrows to switch between different files.

    4. If you want to remove a file, hover over the file and click on delete_icon.png to delete it.

  • Existing dictation

    1. Navigate to the Dictations tab and choose a dictation in the list. The dictation opens on the right side of the screen.

    2. Click on pen.png, so you can edit the dictation.

    3. Scroll down to the Attachments section, here you can drag attachments or click to choose them from your computer.

    4. Click on open_in_window_icon.png to open the file in full screen mode, here you can use the arrows to switch between different files.

    5. If you want to remove a file, hover over the file and click on delete_icon.png to delete it.

      X Save your changes by clicking on confirm.png.
