On the left side of the screen you can access the sidebar, which displays all the teams and typists you are connected to. In the sidebar you can see all your dictations that are currently being processed. This gives you a quick overview of the number of dictations in progress and their total length.
Teams
Here you can filter pending dictations by team. Click on the team name to see only the pending dictations you currently assigned to that team.
Below the team name, you can see at your name exactly how many of your pending dictations are assigned to that team. If the total workload view is enabled, you can also see the number and duration of pending dictations from other authors, see Total workload view
Default teams
Here you can filter for pending dictations which are assigned to your default team.
One-to-one
Here you can filter for pending dictations that are directly assigned via a one-to-one relationship. Click on the typist’s name to see only the pending dictations currently directly assigned to that specific typist.
Private
Here you can filter for dictations which are currently in your private folder.
You can view pending dictations at a glance in the sidebar. The numbers next to the team represent the number of your dictations assigned to that team in a specific state (except if the total workload view is active, see Total workload view). The same is true for duration, where you can see the total duration of your dictations assigned to a team quickly.
You can resize the sidebar by dragging left or right or completely hide it by clicking on the arrow icon.
When you filter for teams or authors using the sidebar you can always use the Reset filters & sorting button to reset your dictation list.
Per default you can only see your own dictations when filtering for teams. If your account administrator activated the total workload view for your user (see Activate the total workload view for authors), you can also see other authors assigned to this team. For privacy reasons, these authors are greyed out and you can only see the total duration and number of dictations, but no other specific information.
This allows you to assess the current workload of a team. If you see that many other authors have also assigned dictations to a team, perhaps even very long dictations, you can manually reassign dictations to another team that may have a lower workload at the moment.
