Change the amount of time after which users are automatically logged out.

Set your own name for the custom columns in the dictation list and dictation properties.

Pre-set the values for various dictation properties.

Choose the status of dictations after speech recognition is finished. Choose “Correction pending” if you want your typist to check the text afterwards and correct it if necessary.

Specify who is allowed to view archived dictations.

Define the schedule when dictations with the state “Transcription finished” are moved to the archive.

You can also choose Immediately, then all finished dictations are immediately archived.

Note

Workflow users can override the auto archiving settings in their personal settings (see Archive immediately). For example, if you set auto archive to 3 days or Never, the user can override this setting and archive dictations immediately instead. However, the Immediately setting cannot be overridden by the user. In this case, finished dictations are always automatically archived immediately for all workflow users. If you set the auto archive function to specific days, the modified by column will not be populated once the file is archived.

Define when archived dictations will be purged from the archive.
