Create a custom section
Create a new custom template or open an existing one.
In the sections list on the right, click the + icon next to Custom sections.
A new section card opens in your template.
In the Section title field, enter a name that describes the information the section should contain.
In the text field, describe what the AI should include in this section and what it should leave out.
Click outside the section card to finish creating the section.
Your custom section appears under Custom sections and is saved for use in your templates.
Include prompt
Describe the information you want the AI to capture in this section, including relevant details or conditions.
Exclude prompt
Describe information that should be left out of this section. This is useful for excluding information that belongs in another section, unsupported inferences, unnecessary details, or repetition.
Tips for writing effective prompts
Be specific about the information you want to capture.
Use the Include prompt to explain what belongs in the section.
Use the Exclude prompt to clarify what should be omitted.
Avoid broad or conflicting instructions.
Character limits: Section titles support up to 200 characters, and section prompts support up to 5,000 characters. A character counter helps you monitor your input. Guidance hints may also appear to help you write effective prompts.
