Templates
SpeechLive Health offers two types of templates to help you create clinical documentation: default templates and custom templates.
Default templates
Default templates are ready-made templates provided by SpeechLive Health. They give you a predefined structure for your clinical documentation, helping you get started quickly without creating a template from scratch.
Custom templates
Custom templates let you tailor clinical documentation to your specific needs and workflow. You can create templates with your preferred sections, customize prompts to guide the AI-generated content, and add your own greeting and signature. You can save, edit, duplicate and reuse custom templates whenever you need them.
Custom templates are created and managed by individual users (not admins) in SpeechLive Health on the web.
Which template should I choose?
Default templates: Choose a ready-made structure when you want to get started quickly.
Custom templates: Create and personalize a structure that suits your clinical workflow and documentation preferences.
Both template types help you generate clinical documentation. Choose the one that best fits your needs.
Find your templates
The templates section is available in the sidebar on the right side of SpeechLive Health.
It contains three categories:
Preferred templates: Templates you have marked as preferred for quick access.
Custom templates: Templates you have created and can manage yourself.
Default templates: Ready-made templates provided by SpeechLive Health.
Use the search field at the top of the templates section to find a template by name. Search results update as you type.
