You can change the properties of your dictations:
Navigate to the Dictations tab and click on the
New dictation button.Scroll down, here you can edit the dictation properties.
When you create a new dictation, you can use the Keep property values check box to use the dictation properties you entered for the next time you create a new dictation.
When enabled, the following dictation properties are retained:
Work type
Category
Department
Keyword
Custom 1-5

Your account administrator can also preset the values for some of the dictation properties. In this case, you can't enter your own values and only choose the ones predefined. See Preset dictation properties for more information. |
Navigate to the Dictations tab and choose a dictation in the list. The dictation opens on the right side of the screen.

, so you can edit the dictation.Scroll down, here you can edit the dictation properties.
