If you run into troubles with the app you may need to access the log files:
Go to the settings of the app and change the Log level to High.
Reproduce the issue you encountered.
Windows: Go to
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Philips SpeechLive\logs
.Mac: Go to
Users\USERNAME\Library\Logs\Philips SpeechLive
.Note The log files on mac are always located under the directories of the administrator user of the mac.
X Here you can access the log files to e.g. send them to your SpeechLive support partner.
