If you run into troubles with the app you may need to access the log files:
Tap on the settings icon

Tap on About.

If you are not signed in, you can also access the About screen by tapping the icon at the bottom of the screen. |
Tap on Contact support.
X A window will open with a new email containing the log that you can send directly to support.
